You’ve made it to the final week! This week is all about fully embracing who you are and finding gratitude for your journey. We’ve been through ups and downs, but through it all, we’ve grown. Let’s end this challenge by giving ourselves grace through self-acceptance and thankfulness.
💖 Week 4 Challenge: Practice self-acceptance and gratitude each day.
• Day 22: Write down 3 things you’re proud of yourself for.
• Day 23: Accept a compliment without downplaying it.
• Day 24: Stop apologizing for who you are.
• Day 25: Write down something you’ve learned from your mistakes.
• Day 26: List 3 things you’re grateful for right now.
• Day 27: Accept your emotions without judgment.
• Day 28: Celebrate how far you’ve come. You’re worthy of grace.
Let’s wrap up this journey in self-love, gratitude, and grace.
