We all carry things that weigh us down—mistakes, regrets, negative self-talk. But guess what? Holding onto that baggage doesn’t help us grow. This week, we’re focusing on letting go of what no longer serves us and moving forward with grace.
💖 Week 2 Challenge: Release one thing holding you back each day.
• Day 8: Let go of comparing yourself to others. You’re on your journey.
• Day 9: Stop replaying that mistake in your head. Forgive yourself.
• Day 10: Release the need for control. Trust the process.
• Day 11: Let go of negative self-talk. Speak kindness over yourself.
• Day 12: Stop holding grudges. Forgiveness is for you, not them.
• Day 13: Release perfectionism. Progress over perfection.
• Day 14: Let go of the need to do it all. Rest is productive.
